Terms of Service

CardParser helps you track a collection of trading cards: you import your inventory, we match it against public marketplace data, and we show you what your cards are worth and which prices have moved since you last looked. You can export price lists and print labels from it.

Every figure the Service shows you is derived from third-party marketplace data, chiefly TCGplayer. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and the price a card actually sells for is determined by a buyer, not by us.

Nothing in the Service is an appraisal, a valuation, or financial advice, and you should not treat it as one when buying, selling, or insuring anything. Decisions you make with these numbers are yours.

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old, which is also the minimum age for the Google and Facebook accounts you can sign in with.
• You may delete your account at any time. See the deletion instructions.

The inventory you import and the records you create in the Service belong to you. We store and process them to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell them.

Please do not:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the pricing data the Service aggregates, or use it to build a competing dataset
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to another user’s account
• Use the Service to harass another user through its messaging or offer features
• Use the Service for anything unlawful

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we will tell you why when we do.

The Service is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be available at a particular time, free of errors, or that the data in it will be accurate. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service as a whole, we will give account holders notice and an opportunity to export their data first.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and we will notify account holders by email if the changes are significant. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
