Questions, problems, and how to reach a person
CardParser is made by Trove Collectibles LLC. Email william@trovecollectibles.com and a person will read it. Please say which device you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong — it is almost always enough to find the problem without a second round of questions.
Common questions
The app says a card is worth nothing
Prices come from TCGplayer's market data, and a card with no recent sales has no market price to show. It is not an error, and the card still counts in your collection.
My printed labels keep coming back in the queue
The label queue measures today's prices against the last print. Graded cards and non-standard printings are tracked separately from the raw card, so each one settles once it has been printed at its own price. If a card keeps returning after printing, email us.
Printing to a label printer
The app prints to a NIIMBOT D110 or D110-M over Bluetooth. Other models export a spreadsheet you import in the NIIMBOT app instead. Print one label before a roll: if the border's right-hand edge is missing, the label size is set wrong.
Signing in
The app and the website share one account, so whichever way you signed up, your inventory follows you. Email is the identity: signing in with Google and with a password on the same address reaches the same account.
Report a problem
- In the app: the menu has a Report a problem option, which sends us what you type along with the screen you were on.
- By email: william@trovecollectibles.com.
